My name is Chris Goossens, founder of CG-Carworks – a specialist automotive company fully dedicated to the preservation and refinement of classic and collector cars.
At CG-Carworks, we combine passion, precision, and respect for originality. We are not a traditional detailing shop or a restoration company. What we do is unique: we specialize in preserving and enhancing cars without erasing their soul.
Instead of replacing everything, we focus on conserving original materials, stabilizing signs of aging, and refining details where needed. This way, the history of the car remains visible and tangible, exactly as it should be with a true classic.
My love for cars began in 1990, during my very first drive in a Ford Fiesta XR2i. From that moment on, I was hooked. From go-karts to my very first car a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle, that i still own. Cars have always been an essential part of my life.
For me, caring for, refining, and preserving cars is more than just work – it’s a lifelong passion. What started as a hobby has grown into a company dedicated to safeguarding automotive history.
